Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our handheld units and the carrying case may be returned for full refund, (less shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt. Please email orders@coheso.com for return authorization.
All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components and manuals must be included. You are responsible for return shipping.
Fixing errors in your order:
We process your orders promptly. If you have made an error in your order please contact us immediately by e-mailing to orders@coheso.com. Based on the shipping status we may be able to correct your error. However if the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to correct the error.
